This creative park has transformed from an old factory area into a vibrant space that fosters innovation and artistic expression. It houses a variety of cultural spaces, including intangible cultural heritage centers, bookstores, and museums, spread across its premises.

The park features six office buildings, each between five to six stories tall, connected by bridges. These buildings are strategically placed around a central courtyard, which includes a sunken plaza and three levels of basement parking. The design emphasizes green architecture, integrating sustainable practices into its structure.
