Monaco Smart & Sustainable Marina

Design date: 2024 (Competition entry)

At the heart of this project is a commitment to environmental stewardship. Instead of starting from scratch, we emphasized adaptive reuse to honor the building's history and reduce waste. We retained as much of the original structure as possible, only removing whats essential for functional enhancements and for a fresh and elegant look according to the local context.
